Venice Blanc Store Policy

Venice Blanc is an official store operated by Venice Korea, directly importing and distributing carefully selected premium European& Korean products.

 

1. Order and Payment

  • Venice Blanc products are shipped from Germany or Korea depending on stock availability.

  • All orders are confirmed after payment is completed, and changes and cancellations are not possible after ordering.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other online payment methods.

 

2. Delivery Information

  • Ships from our Korean warehouse and standard domestic shipping applies.

  • No personal customs clearance code is required.

  • Average delivery time: 1-5 business days

✅ [German stock items]

  • Ships from Frankfurt, Germany and requires international shipping and import procedures.

  • Personal customs clearance code is required, so please enter accurate information when ordering.

  • Average delivery time: 7-14 business days

  • After arrival in Korea, a domestic tracking number will be issued, which can be used to track the delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties and VAT incurred during the domestic customs clearance process.

 

3. Exchange and Return

  • Exchanges and returns due to simple change of mind or customer negligence are not possible.

  • In case of defective product, incorrect delivery, or serious damage during transportation, exchange or refund is possible upon contacting customer service within 3 days of receipt.

  • However, if the box is crushed during transportation or the package design is changed, and it does not affect the use of the product, it is not a reason for return.

  • Depending on the country of origin (Germany or Korea), international or domestic shipping fees may apply when returning the product.

 

4. Order Cancellation and Change

  • Once an order enters the 'Preparing Product' stage, cancellation or changes are not possible.

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
