1. Order and Payment

Venice Blanc products are shipped from Germany or Korea depending on stock availability.

All orders are confirmed after payment is completed, and changes and cancellations are not possible after ordering.

After arrival in Korea, a domestic tracking number will be issued, which can be used to track the delivery.

The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties and VAT incurred during the domestic customs clearance process.
3. Exchange and Return

Exchanges and returns due to simple change of mind or customer negligence are not possible.

In case of defective product, incorrect delivery, or serious damage during transportation, exchange or refund is possible upon contacting customer service within 3 days of receipt.

However, if the box is crushed during transportation or the package design is changed, and it does not affect the use of the product, it is not a reason for return.

4. Order Cancellation and Change
