📦 Shipping and customs clearance information

🚚 For overseas shipping

✅ Personal customs clearance code required (SHIP TO KOREA ONLY)

  • All products require the recipient's personal customs clearance code (P + 12 digits) to be entered when clearing customs according to the Customs Service Special Delivery Notification Act account.

  • It must be written based on the recipient's resident registration name, and pseudonyms/positions/company names cannot be included.

✅ Customs clearance information must be confirmed

  • If the name and customs clearance code do not match during customs clearance

  • The customs agency will contact you via KakaoTalk, and delivery will be temporarily suspended until the matter is corrected.

  • Please enter accurate information to ensure smooth delivery.

✅ Customs and VAT Information

  • (Based on 1-day customs clearance) Customs duties and VAT may apply when purchasing over 150 euros

  • Any customs duties and VAT incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Track delivery

🚚 Track delivery

✅ [Korean Stock Items]

  • Domestic inventory items can be checked using the domestic courier company's tracking number.

  • Average delivery time: 1-5 business days

✅ [German stock items]

  • It is shipped from Frankfurt, Germany, and can be tracked using the domestic tracking number after arrival in the country and passing through customs.

  • If you cannot track your shipment, the product may be in transit overseas or awaiting customs clearance.

  • Average delivery time: 7-14 business days

  • Delays may occur during customs clearance, and tracking may be delayed even during delivery.

 

 

🔄 Exchange and Return Guide

 

✅ [Exchange/return due to simple change of mind or customer negligence]

  • Korean stock items: Round-trip domestic shipping charges apply

  • German stock items: Overseas shipping and one-way shipping fee of $2 is charged

    • For free shipping items, a round-trip international shipping fee of $50 is charged.

✅ [In case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product]

  • Exchanges and refunds are possible (but you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt)

  • After requesting a return, the product will be inspected, and the final exchange/refund will be processed.

  • Box damage or change in package design during transportation (does not affect product use)

  • If 7 days have passed since receiving the product

  • If the product is damaged or broken due to customer negligence

  • Even if the order status is 'Payment Completed' or 'Preparing Product', cancellation is not possible once shipping has begun.
